This term has seen pupils take part in the annual Catherine Readshaw Art Festival. This year the theme was the environment. Across the school, pupils were asked to consider colour, line, first-hand observations and tone. Classes studied famous artists such as Hockney and Mackintosh, and created artwork using a wide range of mediums; including oil pastels, chalk and pencil.  A big thank you must go to our wonderful judges, who found choosing our winners incredibly difficult. Well done to everyone involved. As a school we are incredibly proud of the talent of our pupils and teachers, who have guided the pupils. Thank you, and congratulations.
